Sun filled apartment close to O'Hare Airport with easy access to both I-190 and I-294 but on quiet residential street. 5 minute drive to Metra station at Franklin Park for access to downtown. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, East Leyden High School, and JFK Elementary School.
Garden unit is a downstairs unit with half below ground level and half above ground. Not ADA accessible due to stairs.
Tenant pays for electric. Owner pays gas, water, and trash. On-site coin-operated washer and dryer.
One assigned parking space included. Parking at our building is limited. There is currently no option for a second parking space.
If you cannot make one of the open houses and would like a private showing, you will need to submit documentation showing you qualify for the apartment first. Due to high demand and the time commitment for individual showings, this is a firm requirement.
This includes:
Credit score of 640+ or a guarantor's credit score of 640+.
Proof of income of 3x monthly rent ($1,400 x 3 = $4,200/mo) (ex: pay stubs, W-2s, social security, disability, etc) or guarantor's proof of income
Proof of at least $3,500 cash on hand to cover 1st month's rent and security deposit. Security deposit of 1.5x monthly rent required ($1,400 x 1.5 = $2,100). ($2,100+ $1,400 = $3,500) or other proof that you will have it on your proposed move-in date
If you like the apartment and choose to proceed, the owner will send you the application form and request further qualification documents such as credit, background, and eviction reports.
12 months or longer preferred
The owner can consider less time but at a higher rent rate.
