3 bedroom, 1 full bath and 1 restroom, finished basement, washer and dryer included, 1 living room. 1 full kitchen with appliances. 2 garage, big driveway, big back yard. HOA, Pool and trash will be paid by us.

House must be nicely cleaned before leaving and pets cleaning must be professionally done by a company.

No smoking inside of the house.

Any damages to the house or the things inside of the house must be paid by tenant/renter

If you decided to leave before 1 year contract ends/completed, you must pay an additional month's rent, which would be $5200.
