The west wing of the house consists of a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The east wing of the house includes three more bedrooms, a full bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room. There is an additional third bathroom with a shower available for our guests to use. The entrance to the bathroom is located outside by the kitchen area. The main living space includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with a TV and a fireplace, formal dining room and an entertainment area. The house is highly upgraded. The whole interior of the home has been renovated in 2021. The house is approximately 3000 sq ft.
There are cameras located on the front yard pointing to the driveway and the front yard and are ON and recording 24/7 during the reservation.
There is a dirt road leading to the property gate that is about 700ft long.
Electricity is NOT included. Utilities and services included: water, propane, gardening service, internet.

Owner pays for water, propane, internet service, gardening service and pest control.
Tenant pays for electricity.
