2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn an all-inclusive manner, it was a school of unadulterated mediocrity: the school building was architecturally mesmerizing, and the preponderance of the teachers and staff were affectionate and magnanimous. This institution, on the other hand, has had several deficiencies that may be problematic to comprehend. You are arbitrarily authorised to patronize specializations that are unsuitable for your priorities, and there are students who consistently cause such uncivilized controversies and dilemmas because a significant portion of teachers and staff are argumentative vexatious, and full of authoritarianism, entrepreneurial to acquire their own remuneration and equitable treatment.To contextualize, this school is pure vanilla material: I do not recommend going to school because of the undisciplined and combative children, discourteous staff personnel, and abusive supervisory whining.Other Review1y ago - Orange Brook Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNO STARSI have lived in my home for 40 years and live a few blocks from the school. My kids went there and it was declining that far back. I thank God my kids got called to go to Nova, and they received the best education they could have possibly had at that time. At least they didn't have to go to Olsen or South Broward, which follows right along with the disturbing ways at Orangebrook. It is a shame that people in our neighborhood, who pay top dollar for their homes, including a home that just sold for 1,100,000 thousand dollars, cannot send their children to this school, because it is so bad. Reading the reviews reinforces all that I have heard. I know for a fact, 3 children who could walk a block to school, and they have to send their kids to Hollywood Hills Elementary and Stirling Elementary and Nativity, and provide their own transportation, because the education they would receive at Orangebrook would not be good.There is definitely something wrong here. And I suspect it starts at the top with the Principal. And speaking of the principal, last time we voted, they have changed my voting poll to Orangebrook. The principal came over the speaker and was very rude, and told the teachers to pay attention when it was their time to go to the cafeteria and get their classes down there on time. He was very condescending when he spoke. Why when it gets bad reviews, is not someone up top looking at this? Bad test scores and complaints.So sad, and the middle and high school is not any better. So sad these kids that have to go to these schools. This is what is happening to them?Other Review1y ago

"I am really happy to live in this neighbourhood. It’s really quiet and the street is really beautiful and well maintained. My neighbours are nice and very respectful. The neighbourhood is diverse and I love it. There is a good choice of public transport so that people don’t use cars or motorcycles. We are lucky to be close to the beaches as well. I love it here."

"This area is very family oriented. safe to go for a walk. You walk one block, your in Hollywood Blvd. where you have all the fast food restaurants and many dit in places to have dinner. CVS and WALGREENS are on Hollywood Blvd, less than 1 block away, plenty of gas stations & entertainment. come, take a look, you wont be disappointed. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. Everyone is friendly & looks out for each other. Its very pedestrian friendly, you can get around walking and/or biking, to gym, parks, schools, and/or stores. Several well kept nearby dog parks 5 to 10 minutes away by car."
