Nathan's Walk Apartments are conveniently situated on Queen Street, with easy access to downtown Boone and a short walk from App State's campus; perfect for both students and professionals! Nathan's Walk 1-bedroom units offer a refrigerator and stove/oven with access to on-site laundry facilities.

The available unit is a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom unit, which rents for $1,000 per month. The administrative fee is $75 per person and the security deposit is typically the same as the rent.

The rental price includes water/sewer, an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, a monthly utility allowance of $35 for electricity per unit, and hardwire Internet access through SkyBest. Parking is available via this lease transfer for an additional $15 per month. No guest parking available. Sorry, these units are not pet friendly. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car.
