Notify the owner in writing a letter or email 90 days before moving out. As you vacate, the last month rent has to be paid in full and the security deposit cannot be used as last month's rent. After vacating / completing the lease term, security deposit shall be returned after 30 days of moving out. Move in conditions and move out conditions shell be evaluated and if any damages or repairs shall be deducted from the deposit.
