About this House

I'm looking for a roommate to share a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with here in Carmichael. The house has a 2 car garage so you will have one space in there and a fenced in backyard. All of the hardwood floors were just redone within the last 2 weeks. I'm the only person living here so we would each have 2 rooms to our selves as well as our own bathrooms. Looking for a clean, respectful roommate. The rent is $1200 plus utilities which are: Gas, electric, water, internet, landscaping and pest control. As well as a $1200 security deposit.     "I commute to Rocklin so it’s pretty easy…just hop onto Garfield and then hop onto the freeway. It’s pretty easy. Takes about 15-20 mins. Commuting around here is easy though…close to Roseville, Fair Oaks, Sac, Citrus Heights, etc"
