Neighbors love closing down the block to throw block parties, and this area is the place to be for trick-or-treaters. Although there is a lot of new development and constant construction, I appreciate how different all the homes look. It gives the neighborhood character and a sense that we aren’t locked into making our home look and feel the same as everyone else’s. "

It's a very dog-friendly and family-friendly neighborhood, too: we have "Santa" visit each complex every December. Plus, the park has been a savior during the pandemic, everyone goes there to work out at the basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, and running/walking paths - I've ever seen some outdoor workout classes and personal trainers take up there. It's perfect for someone who wants or needs to live in LA but doesn't want to feel like they're living in LA."
