HOUSE RULES:

 No smoking.
 You will hear roosters crow, other bird sounds as well as coyotes and dogs barking,
this is ranch life in the country.
 Pets are welcome but zero tolerance for any aggressive behavior.
They must not chase birds or other animals.

Chick-Ranch has 3 separate units that may be occupied during your stay. Each unit has a separate outdoor area that is for exclusive use guests within that unit. You may see workers, guests or visitors during your stay. Owner lives on property, in the 4th unit, attached to the main house. You will see owner feeding and chasing animals.

Security cameras in use on exterior areas of buildings for advanced security of guests. They are not directed to any private area.

No long term lease options. 1-3 months with potential to extend if a good fit for the property.

NO SMOKING.

All utilities included.
