"That their is lots of side walks and there is a dog park almost in every park and it’s very hog friendly because their are dog water fountains in every park and I think is a nice neighborhood overall "

"This is a very nice hidden neighborhood with mature trees and well kept homes. The police station is at 1/4 of a mile and the fire station at 1.5 miles. It is very convenient to both airports, shopping, eateries and schools. The city has wonderful services and low property taxes according to my friend who lives there."
