"Large corner lot in quiet, mature neighborhood. Great greenbelt/park and library within walking distance. Grocery stores, churches, banks, fast food, gas, hardware store -- pretty much everything you might want close by... are all very close by. "

"Parks everywhere - Farmers Branch truly takes pride in the beauty of the city. It is a peaceful place to live and acts like a small town in the big city of Dallas. It is incredibly kid and pet friendly and there are city wide programs and events going on constantly. So close to Addison and the restaurants, bars and nightlife. "

"The city is passionate about parks/recreation and activities. The Historical Park is a gem and hosts myriad events throughout the year, including Liberty Fest which features big name entertainers and attracts attendees from all over North Texas. Farmers Branch is centrally located in D/FW, near several major traffic arteries. There is a small town feel, with a good mix of old-timers" and 'newcomers.' Contrary to what one might hear, the citizenry is diverse in every way and get along just fine. New stores, restaurants, housing and even a live theatre are being built. It's a great place to live."
