The Historical Park is a gem and hosts myriad events throughout the year, including Liberty Fest which features big name entertainers and attracts attendees from all over North Texas. Farmers Branch is centrally located in D/FW, near several major traffic arteries. There is a small town feel, with a good mix of old-timers" and 'newcomers.' Contrary to what one might hear, the citizenry is diverse in every way and get along just fine. New stores, restaurants, housing and even a live theatre are being built. It's a great place to live."
