Description

Master bedroom with private bathroom and porch for rent. Unit is 3 rooms. One room is rented out and I'm using the 3rd room for an office during the day. Unit comes furnished. Utilities are included. Age of current tenant and I are mid 20s and early 30s. Neighborhood has sidewalks that connect to the clear creek trail and new Monroe library.

Utilities are covered. Non smoking home. I am onsite several days a week so admin issues will be resolved promptly. There's 3 parking spaces at the unit and a community parking area about 400 yards up the road.

Prefer year or 8 month lease minimum. Super flexible though so please feel free to let me know what you're looking for and we will see if we can reach an agreement.

People also run the stop sign on the Allendale Winslow entrance so you have to be super careful there, and people drive pretty fast on Allendale . If you have kids make sure you have a fence and not close to the main road "
