Move in Ready! 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Nice living space with dark wood floors and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. Nice sitting area in the back with turf area for kids or pets. 2 storage sheds in the back near the garage and one has an in wall AC unit that could be used as an additional exercise area. Large 2 car garage and a soft water system. Minimal yard maintenance and the front is maintained by the HOA. Per the HOA no parking in the driveway is permitted.

Owner will keep the water, sewer and trash in their name but the 200 dollar fee per month will cover that. Power, internet and TV service will be at the renters expense. Would prefer a 12 month lease but can negotiate longer or shorter. Due to the HOA there is no parking allowed in the driveway (there can be a fine for this that would need to be paid by tenant if accrued) and they will ticket parking on the street over night. Pets can be negotiated with regards to types and how many are allowed. No smoking is preferred in doors. Standard maintenance such as filters and salt in the softener is the responsibility of the tenant but all other maintenance will be handled by owner.

    "My family lives in this neighborhood (Seville Golf & Country Club community), and it is one of the best communities we have lived in within the East Valley. Two major grocery stores are within ½ mile, and the San Tan Village Mall and Harkins theaters are only 7.58 miles away. The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
