For rent is a beautiful home in a highly desirable neighborhood in Kalamazoo, Westwood area. Newly refinished wood floors and new cement driveway with wood fenced in yard. New dishwasher and bath. Washer and dryer along with water softner are included. Walk out, lower level, has a mini kitchen with refrigerator. Central air with brand new furnace (Dec 2023). Home is located in a quite neighborhood walking distance to a family park. This house is also close to many retail shops and grocery stores. Downtown Kalamazoo is 10 minutes. Updated pictures will be posted as they are available. House is currently being rented and they do not want to be disturbed. House will be showed in February and the date with be determined soon. Interested parties should apply as soon as possible as landlord would like to get someone in there in mid to late February. This home has five bedrooms with 2 and a half baths. There is also two office rooms. There is a two car garage with one door and an opener. Per month rent is negotiable as with the number of people on the lease.

Rent is $2250 per month. First $100 of quarterly water bill is included in this amount. A small dog is allowed with landlord approval.
$200 application fee for credit approval. Renter is responsible for trash, recycling and yard maintenance year round. No smokers. Renter is responsible for filters on furnace.
