About this House

Renting a private fully furnished and spacious bedroom (12' x 15') in a quiet neighborhood just one mile from top Valley trails and minutes from the I-10 for easy commutes. The room's bathroom is shared with one other long-term tenant, and another half bath is accessible for guests.

Enjoy access to two community pools, a garage gym (weights, bench, pull-up bar, rings, and a rower), a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy loft library. This rental includes a dedicated (unshared) pantry space and fridge/freezer. We have ample storage space, so if you want to bring your own furnishings rather than use those provided, I should be able to accomodate.

This has been my favorite home and neighborhood out of my ten years of living in the Valley. Please reach out if interested!

I've rented at least one room for the last three years, and I pride myself on being courteous and easy to work with. I simply ask for the same, but here are the basics.

- Term: Month-to-Month, but we can discuss guaranteed initial terms if desired
- Rent is due on the first of each month
- The final month of rent is prorated 30 days from notice of intent to terminate the lease
- No smoking
- No pets
