The neighborhood has its own pool and green space, and there is easy access to bike trails, playgrounds, Mountain Park Ranch amenities (including lap pools, kid play pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and volleyball courts), and cafes. South Mountain Park trails are approximately a mile away - wonderful for hiking or mountain biking. The house is within 5 minutes of the 10 and the 202 freeway. It is within the boundaries of excellent Kyrene School District schools!
