Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from June 12, 2023
This is an amazingly pristine home. It is so appealing with its classic architecture, designed by Stephen Fuller Architects. It sits on a corner lot in the center of Mum Grace Park. The grounds and gardens have been professionally designed and maintained. There is a charming screened porch overlooking the back garden area. With upper and lower porches on the front of the home, the outdoors will call you often. There are rich marble countertops added, custom plantation shutters and blinds, which all make for the most desirable light, bright feeling. There are only a few homes in Habersham which were built of steel framing, as this one. Steel framing is much stronger than wood framed homes and a deterrent to insects. All bedrooms on second floor. This home is move-in ready.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI know nothing about your school except that you have some great students there. My grand daughter had scoliosis and had to have a metal rod put in her spine to straighten it. That was done last year at the age of sixteen. The bottom of the spine did not heal and a screw came loose causing her to go back last week for another surgery. Both times she was given a build a bear which is what they do at Shriners Hospital in Greenville. The one she got last week was donated by your high school. I want to say thank you for the kindness shown in donating these bears. They mean a lot to my grand daughter and I will never forget the this wonderful deed. Thank you to all of the students there.Other Review8y ago - Hilton Head Island Early Childhood Center

I realize teachers make a huge difference in school experience. I feel like I can send a message to any of the teachers at any given time and they will respond ASAP. The teachers they have are excellent! I am impressed with the dedication and the communication the give! Great things are happening there.Parent Review9y ago - Check out schools near 38 Grace Park.
