A large storage closet with secure steel doors with hooks installed for up to 6 bicycles. 2 gated brick-patios at the front and back doors with planters and pots full of sculptural succulents. Sliding doors lead from each bedroom to the back patio. Main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
12-month lease required.
Tenant must setup a TEP account and pay the electricity monthly bill. All other utilities included.
Tenants must abide by HOA rules. Among other things, this includes keeping outdoor patios spaces tidy, pets on leashes in common areas etc. Automatic hose-bib irrigation timers are set up on the patios and must be kept on. The owners are less than a 10min drive away and are easy to get a hold of if tenant has maintenance issues or questions.
Pet Policy
Pet-friendly - nonrefundable $25 monthly pet rent (additional pets incur additional $25 monthly fee). No more than 2 pets allowed. No exotic pets allowed. Owners may use the security deposit to cover pet-related damages.
Pets must be on a leash in common areas. Pets may not be left outdoors while the pet-owner is not home. Pets may not be left unattended in the outdoor patio spaces. Excessive barking and pet noise reported will be documented, and the renter will be charged additional fines if neighboring residents file complaints due to disruptive noises
Unattended pet waste or the scent of pet waste coming from the patio areas will also be considered a chargeable fine for pet-owners who don't pick up their pet waste or keep the patio spaces free of pet urine smells.
