The flat has a patio with table, chairs, BBQ and enjoys great sunsets. Yard area includes spa, pool, bonfire pit, horse shoes and CORNHOLE!! One off street parking space.

We are freeway close to all, easy in and easy out!! Highways 94 & 125 within blocks.

All Utilities, internet, tv, trash INCLUDED, 2 month (minimum) lease term. Two person maximum.
