"It’s right outside of downtown. Fun to have the fair park near by. There’s a lot of variety in the neighborhood. Area of homelessness, clean areas, a lot of dogs, mixture of religions and neighbors. "

"I lived in this neighborhood for more than 10 years. I seen a lot of Changes more for Advantage with time development. So much subdivision townhome build alongside to downtown area. Bring more awareness new residential, hope for the best prepare for any outcome. Feel really safe surround here so far"
