About this House

Live in the heart of RTP and the center of the Triangle Region. Main level is adorned with hardwood floors and an open concept floorplan. You'll love the fenced courtyard just steps from the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is a cook's delight with black appliances, a gas range, a side-by-side refrigerator and granite countertops. Work from home? This townhouse offers a main level office too. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. This home comes fully applianced, with window treatments and is right across the street from the community pool. Tenant maintains small courtyard.

Pets are negotiable. No undergrad students. We require a 635-credit score with no evictions, collections or charge offs on record and debt to income ratios 55% or lower to offer tenancy.

Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited in our homes.

Showings must be in person; no virtual tours, thank you.

Qualified tenants will have a minimum 635 credit score, a debt-to-income ratio of 55% or lower, and will not have prior evictions, collections, charge-offs, or judgements.
