Description

Freshly painted, new flooring and new carpet in this 2 bedroom unit with an attached one car garage. Additional parking is across from this unit and for family and friends, they can park on the street. Unfinished basement with washer/dryer hookups are located. Behind this unit is a small park for our younger tenants. We are a pet friendly community with a maximum of two (2) pets allowed 45 pounds or less. We do require a pet deposit of $300 per pet plus a $35 per pet per month pet rent.
We are close to a major grocery store and many other retail stores and restaurants. We are close to Eastlake and the N line, that goes to Union Station in Denver

The lease is for 12 months. Tenant will have to pay for water & sewer, electricity & gas and wireless internet. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit. This complex does have an HOA and all residents are required to adhere to the covenants and bylaws. The HOA is responsible for the landscaping and we have maintenance on site. Rent will be paid online through Buildium. All pets must be leashed when outside the unit. We do have two pet stations in the park for your convenience.

Renters insurance is required.

Applications are $25 per anyone 18 years and older, will be paid in Cash to the property manager. Background checks are $32 paid online

    "It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."

Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
