Tenant pays a fixed rent of $1395 and it includes all Utilities (water/sewer, electric/gas, garbage, landscaping, access to pool, gym and internet). Some tenants have opted to purchase high speed internet at their expense but there is low speed internet that is included in the utilities at no additional charge.
