This home also will include just the one wall-mounted TV in the living room as shown, and a Sonos Sound Bar (no owner warranty on TV or sound bar; TV in bedroom will be removed but tenant welcome to supply their own in that room).
Landscaping maintenance will be included with rent. Any personal pots or plants may require or need the owner's approval before proceeding with.
With regards to the included utilities noted above: Bills for all utilities will remain in the owner's name and they will pay them directly. Maximum Gas and Electric bill limit of $500, and Maximum Water bill limit of $600 however will be placed on these two utilities and the bills each month that the owner receives. This means that for any overages on these bills, the owners reserve the right/option to charge the tenant party for the overage amount only, which may go above and beyond the noted amounts above for each utility. Trash is included with no maximum limit and as-is.
Any questions regarding utilities, please ask before applying, it is the applicants'/tenants' responsibility to satisfy themselves with all questions and clarifications they may have or need before proceeding.
This detached guest home unit has its own central heating and AC and is on Sewer, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.
