Available February 11th, 2025. Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Rock Springs/North Lincoln School District. Large living room with hardwood floors. Master bedroom with it's own bathroom also has a large deck off to the side. Covered front and back porches. Split bedroom plan. Refrigerator included. Washer and Dryer Hookups. Small dog ok with $500 pet fee. The house is in a super location with easy access to schools (highly desired Rock Springs and North Lincoln Districts), shops, restaurants and a public access to Lake Norman is less than 2 miles down the road. $50 application fee per person 18 and over. Credit and criminal background checks are a part of the application process. This is a cute little neighborhood tucked away but still close to everything.
