Please feel free to use bicycles, river tubes, beach toys and a wagon to carry it all.
55-inch TVs in the living space and game room and 2 in the bedrooms upstairs.
Pullout sleeper sofa in the game room upstairs.
Bassinet available and baby bathtub available upon request.

No smoking/pets allowed.

Quiet time from 10pm-9am.

Propane is $100 a year. Electricity (AC/heat) and trash services is not included in the base rent.
Please note: 2900/month is long term rental rate+utilities. Short term- mid term rental is $4000/month +1000 refundable deposit + 200 cleaning fees (trash service and AC/heat including)
