About this House

Beautiful Gilbert house, north/south facing on a corner lot available for occupancy Nov. 1st. Front entry opens to a living area leading into a large kitchen/great room. Extended kitchen cabinets. The two car garage is accessed thru the laundry room off of the bedroom corridor. Backyard is roomy on a 7500sf lot. ** Preferred method of communication is thru Zillow or texts. My email is available upon request. Only one application is processed at a time there is no charge to apply. Only accepted applications will be charged $50/adult paid at lease signing. Tenants must view inside house before applying. Move in costs are typically 1st month prorated (divide total rent by 30; multiply by # of days of occupancy), security deposit one month rent, and a one time $300 lease fee & $50/application fee. Application fee is only charged upon acceptance. No fees are charged up front and declined applicants not charged. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent.**
