Ample parking. Quiet hours from 11pm-7am. Overnight guest maximum of 2.

Fully furnished. Electric range and oven (pictures taken before this appliance was added:)) High speed internet, YouTube tv, HEAT AND ELECTRIC included in rent! First and last months rent due at move in. Background and credit check required- $40/person one time fee.

    "Wakefield has all of the conveniences of a larger town or small city, without the drawbacks. Excellent restaurants, movie theater, even a great local theater company. Public transportation is great, and the bike path makes getting around for kids and adults a breeze. And did I mention the beach? It's less than a mile away from my house, and it's beautiful. If I want to go into a city, Providence in 30 minutes, Boston is just over an hour, and Amtrak can take me to New York from Kingston Station. "
