This studio is a great deal. Located close to the golf club and YMCA. Quiet neighborhood. It has a fully renovated bathroom. It shares lot with the main house. The electric, water, sewer and garbage disposal is included in the rent. There is space available for parking in the premises. It is a private space from the main house. Lease can be adjusted to 6 months or month to month basis. No pets or unauthorized individuals allowed in this property. All applicants must complete a full application.

This studio is next the main house and it has its own bathroom and kitchen. We will not accept unauthorized individuals in this property. The security deposit is required and a $100 moving fee is non refundable. Rent can be paid on moving date. Deposit is refundable after inspection is completed and no damages to the unit has been seen. Rent and deposit are to be made as bank deposits, money order or checks.
