Lease can be adjusted to 6 months or month to month basis. No pets or unauthorized individuals allowed in this property. All applicants must complete a full application.

Electric, water, sewer and garbage disposal included in the rent. Month to month rent is acceptable. Only individuals in the lease can reside in the property. No lets allowed. Background check is a must. This studio is next the main house and it has its own bathroom and kitchen. We will not accept unauthorized individuals in this property. The security deposit is required and a $100 moving fee is non refundable. Rent can be paid on moving date. Deposit is refundable after inspection is completed and no damages to the unit has been seen. Rent and deposit are to be made as bank deposits, money order or checks. Tenant may use own rental insurance, but must provide proof of it to the landlord landlords
