This very well taken care of Duplex is in a great area in Santa Clara and is close to both Awbrey Park Elementary and Madison Middle School. It is a quiet area of town and There is a Bus stop very close by as well for easy transportation.

Kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, range and oven. There is a 1 car garage and parking off street on the side of the house. The backyard is good sized with a underground sprinkler system included.

We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully.
