This home is in a great location. The neighborhood has THREE beautiful and maintained pools and hot tubs. Fire pit and out door grills for use. There is also a playground for kiddos and an open basket ball court.
Many great schools located near and some within walking distance, convenient freeway access for commutes around the valley. You are less than ten min away from the San Tan Village Mall.
Renters will be responsible for their utility bills.
We are looking for great renters who will love and be able to take good care of this home!
Renter responsible for all utilities, which would be SRP (electric) and Gilbert (water). Would pay for their own internet if would like to have.
NO SMOKING/VAPING
allowed anywhere on property.
Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing.
The lease is a one year contract with a non refundable $250 cleaning fee.
For Fur Babies
Max of two dogs or cats (2 total) allowed and would have an $800 non refundable upfront pet fee. The rent would also go up an additional $65.00 each month per pet.
The pets would still be case by case as we would want to know more about the animals before approving. *NO puppies and untrained dogs*. They must be well behaved and not have any type of separation anxiety behaviors (excessive barking, destructive chewing etc.) We have a chocolate lab and do love dogs but also have had unpleasant situations with other dogs/renters who were not well behaved and destroyed our home.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love Gateway! We have been here for 4 years now and have had great experiences with the Teachers as well as all the staff. Ms. Lorraine at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful! Ms. Harris does a great job of putting the kids needs first and being a great leader! While there are so many things we enjoy at Gateway I just have to call out Ms. Julia, she is out there every morning and afternoon making sure the kids and their parents make us safely accross the street! But what she also does is brings a ray of sunshine to what can be a mundane task of being in the parent pickup line. She’s always smiling and waving to everyone that passes by. Mornings can be stressful, rushing to get everyone to school and to work but every time I see her I can’t help but smile. And I see it on the faces of so many others that cross her path! 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at Cooley has been extremely negative. Students have given me death threats, cyberbullied me online, leaked my face without consent, and even physically assaulted me. Instead of addressing these serious issues, the school’s response was to give me a “lunch reflection” as if I was the problem.While some staff members are nice on the surface, they do not actually help when it matters. Many students are incredibly disrespectful, and it makes me question the point of the “Cobra Creed” when almost no one follows it. The environment is toxic, filled with racism and constant use of racial slurs directed at me, even though I rarely speak to anyone.The school gives the appearance that they care, but in reality, they ignore the bigger issues. Overall, this has been one of the most unsafe and hostile school environments I’ve ever experienced.Student Review9mo ago
