About this House

This cozy, clean studio apartment in the Abigail apartment building, located next to Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) and the Columbus Museum of Art, is available for rent immediately. My lease term is through July 31, 2025. Due to unforseen circumstances, I have to move before the end of the lease term and, therefore, the Abigail property manager has allowed me to put the studio on the relet list. The unit is furnished and there is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigertor in the unit.
There are many amenities near the apartment building. Hills Market, a very nice grocery store, is steps away. Also, there are coffee shops, and restaurants in walking distance from the apartment building. It is also in walking distance to downtown Columbus with all the latest restaurants and bars.
Additionally, I am willing to pay a lump sum directly to the next tenant of $50 a month for the furniture rental fee from the month the next tenant relets the studio through July 31, 2025. (For example, if the next tenant signs the lease in January 2025, I will pay $350 to the next tenant after they sign the lease and I am released from the lease.) I am also offering to pay a lump sum to the next tenant of $200 per month to help with the rent from the month the next tenant relets the studio through July 31, 2025. (For example, if the next tenant signs the lease in January 2025, I will pay $1,200 to the next tenant after they sign the lease and I am released from the lease.)

This is a relet so I believe any new tenant would have to go through a credit check and fill out the application like a any other tenant with the Abigail leasing office. The relet lease would go through July 31, 2025. So the lease would be between the new tenant and the Abigail.

You can waive the renter's insurance if you pay $14 per month. If that is an issue for the next tenant, I can pay that $14 per month from the month the new tenant relets the studio through July 31, 2025.

I am listing the studio so that potential new tenants might be notified about the availability of this studio apartment for relet.
369 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215 is a studio, 1 bathroom, 525 sqft apartment. More recently, it was listed as a rental in January 2025 with an asking price of $1,180 per month. That rental listing was removed on January 22, 2025. It is currently off market. The Trulia Estimate rent is $1,165/month.
