"Halloween Is quite the event. Lots of people go all out with decorations and trick-or-treating it’s super fun. "The best neighborhood in Eugene! Surrounded by expensive estates. The area where limousine services take people for Christmas tours because of all the lights. The area where families take their children trick-or-treating because of the decorations. Neighbors are incredibly caring and committed to living here long-term."
