About this House

We added a 40'x40' garage that was completed in 2018. (So, no it is not added in Zillow's appraisal estimates.) The garage has its own 200-amp electrical service. The garage has 2 garage doors (8'x12' & 10'x12') with plenty of room for 2 cars and a golf cart, or a car and a boat. Inside the garage is an air conditioned/heated, insulated workshop that is approximately 570sq ft. Currently used for a stained and fused glass workshop. New mini split was installed in 2025. Workshop has an attached bathroom with toilet and sink. There is also a sink inside the workshop with cold water only. Above the garage is a 12'x40' storage room. Plenty of room for all your storage needs or convert to a small guest cottage. Attached to the back of the unattached garage is a 16'x40' RV port with water, sewer and 50-amp service. There is also a 16'x 24' barn. Yes, we are zoned for horses, pigs, cows, goats and chickens. Then also a 10' x 20' lawnmower/gardening shed. There is no HOA! Very quiet neighborhood. There is only one street in and out of this area so pretty much only residents in the neighborhood. It is paradise! No , we are not interested in a real estate agent at this time.
