About this House
This apartment could either be a 2-bedroom or a 1-bedroom with a separate living room. It's 1 block from the JMZ in Williamsburg, and very convenient for commuting to Manhattan (without the price tag). It's also about a 5 minute walk from the G, so you can really access anywhere in Brooklyn pretty easily. The building is older and so is the space, however it has relatively new hardwood floors and brand new locks on the bedroom/bathroom doors. Plenty of light in all of the rooms and the smaller bedroom has a window A/C unit installed.
The neighborhood is "up and coming", and very close to multiple grocery stores (Met Fresh, Brooklyn Harvest, Natural Market), plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, a Blink Fitness 3 blocks away, and a few laundromats within a block. It's at least a couple blocks away from any bars, so it's still relatively quiet. You won't have any trouble sleeping.
