The dining room also has french doors that lead to the circular driveway. The formal living room has wooden beams & great symmetry, adorned with a massive fireplace, flanked by large original windows & two sets of French doors facing the courtyard. The formal living room also features antique wrought iron sconces & chandelier. Adjoining the formal living room, is the den/media room, which has a second (tiled) fireplace & has 4 iron sconces surrounding the room. The entire house has amazing original built-in screens in the window & door frames that roll down. Views of the city lights, Downtown Riverside, The Mission Inn & Mount Rubidoux. The expanded, eat-in kitchen features updated glass-faced cabinetry, new Brazilian soapstone counter tops & hand-made over-sized sink, large island with built-in cook top, & all matching professional stainless steel appliances. Guest room & bath downstairs is perfect for live-in nanny or overnight guests. Upstairs, the master suite features two walk-in closets. The master bath features a custom frame-less walk in shower with two shower heads (one of which is a 10 inch rain head), hand-held shower and tiled bench seat. The second upstairs bathroom also features a frame-less stand-up shower, and a full soaking bath tub. All four of the upstairs bedrooms are large, with spacious walk-in closets. One room has an attached, fully enclosed, fully screened sleeping porch/bonus room, that is currently being used as a child's playroom. The upstairs hallway features oversized (original) floor to ceiling cedar closets! Off the upstairs hallway is a large balcony that looks down on the courtyard. The back yard offers four terraced levels of entertaining. The first tier is highlighted by the flagstone-paved courtyard that leads up to the grassy knoll and barbeque area (located on the second tier). The third tier is complimented by a large cabana/pavilion with a beautiful over-sized iron chandelier & completely renovated pool and spa oasis, featuring multicolored LED lighting in the water! The upper tier boasts an extended outdoor seating area, fountain, and fireplace! This is resort living at it's finest! There are four fountains located throughout the property. Brand new three zone Central HVAC. 2-car garage. This wonderful estate has Riverside Structure of Merit #59 and is eligible for huge tax benefits through the Mills Act.

Also very close to unique and artistic park where you could walk to Rubidoux Mountain. R'mountain is a grate place to hike many go up for a nice fresh view up the mountain to see the city lights and unique view. And if your not a walker you could always go though the Santana Bike trail and test your self how far you could go. It's an active location and could always find something to do; with friendly a neighborhood everybody is welcomed "
