Not only is the scenery beautiful but it's family oriented, safe to walk at night, and the schools are amazing. the homes are vintage and have won Neighborhood of the Year many times. Also very close to unique and artistic park where you could walk to Rubidoux Mountain. R'mountain is a grate place to hike many go up for a nice fresh view up the mountain to see the city lights and unique view. And if your not a walker you could always go though the Santana Bike trail and test your self how far you could go. It's an active location and could always find something to do; with friendly a neighborhood everybody is welcomed "
