Renter is responsible for all utilites: electric, water, propane, cable, phone. Renter is responsible for landscaping.

The driveway is shared with four units set further back. There is a dumpster available for use. The Town of Hamden picks up recycling.

Owner is responsible for snow removal.

No smoking.

Pet policy: $500 nonrefundable pet deposit plus $35 pet rent per month.
