Cozy living room off of street entrance, shared large kitchen with great storage, easy walkout to backyard for outdoor dining. Bathroom with tub/shower combo on ground level. Large spacious outdoor living space, able to grow own produce to cut down on grocery costs, some vertical gardening systems already in place, vibrant rose bushes and established blackberry bushes and trellises give off delicious fruit in the spring and summer. Endless outdoor possibilities backyard movie nights, picnic/bbq, peace/tranquility. Can enjoy the outdoors in secluded spaces of the backyard. Minutes from major highways, access to churches, schools, social activities, shops. No garage access currently.

Available to move in November 1, rent due monthly on the 1st of each month. Late fee is $30 incurred daily starting the 10th. First, last, security due at signing. Utilities included in total cost.1 year lease, street/driveway parking available, no smoking in the house/no pets allowed. Trash/recycling collection on Tuesday mornings is renter responsibility. All renters responsible to keep all accessible and private areas of the home tidy and presentable at all times. Only individuals who have undergone a background check through Zillow, fee covered by requesting tenant, and approved by, at the discretion of the landlord, are permitted to stay on the premises overnight per safety and security guidelines. If guest is approved by landlord to stay for 48 hours or more, an additional $75 per day will be added to the requesting tenants total monthly charges. Rentals as is, partially furnished living areas.
