Fully furnished and fully equipped; Bright and Spacious, very comfortable; Excellent location; 10 min drive to the 5 Avenue and beach; Gigantic heated pool; 5 tennis and pickleball courts; Condo is 200 steps from the pool/tennis area.

This property was listed on VRBO many years, but since VRBO started takin income tax 30%, like being an employer, contract is terminated. This condo is also visible in Airbnb, but no booking is possible due to the same reason as with VRBO. Still, many good references are available upon your request.

Parking is free and located right in front of the apartment. There are in addition few spots for guests.

This is seasonal renting. December 2025 to March 2026. Price is applicable for Jan, Feb and March. December price for the whole month is $4000. It is not possible to show the apartment, but pictures are realistic. Beautifully furnished, well equipped. All the linen is cotton, separate colorful beach towels, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Kitchen can satisfy the most demanding chef.
Guests have obligations other than the rent to pay cleaning fee, Management approval, damage deposit (returnable if there is no any damage).
Official Florida rental contract will be provided. Payment is possible with installments as per schedule, all along the year.
Every guest in the past 6 years was very satisfied, and many of them are coming over and over again as long as they could. Excellent Reviews to attest to it can be provided upon request.
