Beautiful spacious home in a really nice location. Sitting atop a little hill, the views are beautiful and the backyard is completely private.

A hill behind the home means no backdoor neighbors and room to explore. At the end of a very quiet street, this location in Eagle Mountain is highly desired.

Granite countertops, iron railing, spacious bedrooms with master suite. Living room and front sitting room and a spacious unfinished basement with plenty of room for storage.

2 car garage, vaulted ceilings, warm colors, soaking tub, and a great yard.

Pets ok with $500 nonrefundable pet deposit.

- Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Gas, power, and electricity can be expected to average approximately $130/month apiece, for an additional total of roughly $400/month in added utility expenses.
- Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance on the property and is expected to mow the lawn, take care of weeds, fertilize occasionally, and report any irrigation problems immediately. The cost of these services will vary by tenant according to what resources you have available to you, but often run about $100/month during the summer season for machinery, gas, supplies, and time spent.
- Criteria that the owner will use to determine eligibility includes a credit score higher than 640, an income of at least 2x rent amount, and no past evictions or negligent rental history.
- Applications are $39/adult. These funds can be recovered by the applicant if the amount of the rental agreement is different than the proposed estimates given, or if the rental agreement includes an amount not disclosed by sending a written demand to the owner within 5 business days after the renter receives the rental agreement and prior to the renter signing the rental agreement.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
