About this House

Utilities are covered. $800 (all inclusive) I have a room for rent located at Germann Rd. and Gilbert Rd. Less than 3 miles from San Tan mall. Shared bathroom with all tiled common area. New carpet in bedrooms. Home was the model home in 2006 construction. I am the second owner. I have dogs and more are welcome. Near to many restaurants and stores in under 1 miles. Gas BBQ / grill in backyard. I am an engineer and looking for similar professional minded and clean lifestyle people.

$800 / all inclusive / Utilities covered.

Zillow only allows one lease term option. But I'll allow 6 mos - 12 mos. defined at lease signing.

Due at lease signing; Good background check and Credit check with strong employment history with Deposit and 1st and Last month's rent.

Deposit and Last month's rent will collect savings interest-bearing account.

Dogs welcome (1 dog of most size ranges) my dogs are tame and welcoming.
Smoking is not preferred.

There is an attached 2-car garage and carport can also fit two cars. Only 1 car is allowed.
