About this House

Freshly painted with new appliances and new flooring , Huge backyard with a shed to store stuff , driveway for up 3-4 cars . Water and trash included in the rent. Walking distance to College Grove shopping center 10min away from SDSU and 15min to downtown San Diego, 94 freeway down the street. In a none traffic neighborhood. Keep in mind the freeway is next to the house, windows are noise proofed.

Other than getting a little crowded, La Mesa is a centrally located, youthful, and social community, great to raise a family."
