The back yard is chain link fenced and is almost total shade in the afternoon. There is a sun porch on the back. There is a nice refrigerator and a washer and dryer in the home. They could be left and used by tenant but are not guaranteed or we can remove them if you have your own. Cats and small dogs are accepted pets and the pet policy on our home page applies.
