Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place. It’s quiet and green, with mature trees that give it a settled, established feel. For all that calm, you’re still just minutes from downtown Austin and the shops and restaurants at Mueller. The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly.
