About this House

Lovely well cared for and well laid out one bedroom right in the downtown area of the City of Lancaster.

The building is near the corner of East Walnut and North Christian Street, which means it is just around the corner from some great shops and restaurants. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to Central Market and only a few blocks from Penn Medicine. Really it is close to everything the city has to offer.

There is a shared laundry room in the building that can be bought in to if you would like to use is. We also have building WIFI that can be bought into or you can get your own internet. While there is not off street parking included with this apartment there are several lots near by that rent spaces. You can also get a street permit from the Lancaster Parking Authority that is very inexpensive. We also have some extra storage areas that can be rented as available and needed.

Tenants are responsible for the electric bill with covers your hot water, heat, air conditioning and stove. The apartment has a high efficiency two zone mini split, so no need for window units! The apartment also has all new windows.

The owner pays for the water/sewer and trash/recycling.

Lastly, while pets are permitted there are certain limitations and pet fees. If you have pets and would like to make sure there is no issue or would like to know the pet fees, please be sure to let us know what you have. As a general rule of thumb we limit tenants to two pets and dogs need to be under 40 pounds.
