About this House

This apartment is a bit of a rare find as far as apartments are going in the City of Lancaster. It is a very large one bedroom apartment with five closets, hard wood floors throughout and in a beautiful old building with tons of historical details.

The apartment had a good sized kitchen with enough room for a bistro table and plenty of cabinets. The living room is very large and previously the tenant had a full dining room set up in there along with her using it as a living room and is was not crowded at all. The bedroom is also very large and gets amazing southern light exposure. The apartment is on the second floor and in the rear of the building, so it is very quiet when it comes to street noise and there is no other apartment above it.

There is a shared laundry room in the basement that is included with the rent (not coin operated) and while the building does not have parking there are several lots that rent spaces just out back if needed. We have one such lot about a block away and rent spaces for $60/mo. Lastly there is a shared yard space tenants are welcome to use out back as well.

Tenants are responsible for the electric bill, we pay the water and trash. We also have a business class internet package for the building that tenants are welcome to buy into for $30/month if they would like.

Short term leases are accepted, but we do charge a 10% premium for anything less than an annual lease.

**If you are interested in this apartment and have pets please let us know so we can let you know if we can work with you and what the pet fees will be. If you would like to view the apartment just let us know and we will send you our preapproval application. We do not charge any application fees or deposits to see the apartment.*
