The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and just one block off Main Street's East End near the waterfall, Roundhouse, and Hudson Valley Brewery.

Some fun features: 8.25ft first floor ceilings, fireplace mantel, separate dining room, walk-out to the fenced in backyard, enclosed entrances, primary bedroom with views of Mt. Beacon to the east, with 9.68x8' office/walk-in-closet, smaller 11.91x8.62' bedroom facing west. Entire left side of home, with no tenants above or below.

Professionally cleaned. Refrigerator, oven, and water heater all new within the last 2 years. 2 driveways for off-street parking, but we do not require "assigned" parking. Private entrance to washer & dryer room, which is available to all 3 units. Currently 3 other people living in the building.

There is often a lot of traffic on Rt 9d as there is only one lane and it backs up when the train let's out and also when there is construction on the Newburgh Beacon bridge which is apparently quite often. Beacon is growing and they need to expand on the infrastructure of roads to accommodate the mass influx of people or it will be all too city like before we know it. "

Schools are a mess , and main st is packed with tourists with ill manners on the weekends . New buildings have gone up all over the place for the past 10 years so there is never a quiet day without construction going on somewhere . Crowded parks and the mountain is now an attraction that is over run with city people with their stupid phones and garbage. "
