Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, including El Mercado. It's also a short walk to the LA Metro E Line Indiana Station (to DTLA and Santa Monica). Street parking is limited.

Monthly rent is $2,000. Security deposit is $2,000. Application is $45 (for credit check).

    "My neighborhood has been ok but every once in a while people do stupid things. Cars get taken, windows get broken, people leave a mess in the streets, on the sidewalks. I only live here because it’s cheap and I been living here for 20 plus years otherwise I wouldn’t be in the area. It’s not the best for people. The school winter gardens is a shame. It’s loosing resources and the teachers have to pay out of pocket for items and supplies. It’s not all that good. If you can go somewhere else. Real talk, that’s all."

In addition I don’t think some neighbors are too friendly. So if your dog loves to be without a leash and runs out of the house you might not find the dog again."

    "I been living here for 20+ years. The community as a whole is ok. The issues in the past are año most none existent now a days. But there is a lack in school funding. Winter gardens elementary was a nice place for kids. Now they lack funding and proper direction. I hope someone with connections can have the school investigated why they lack resources."
