 Lease term: a. No lease agreement shall be for a term less than 6 months. b. Lease must include language that at least 1 person must always be 55 years of age or older while living in the home. c. Occupant information is required from all tenants living in the home. Anyone under 19 is prohibited from residency. See Resident Information Form. d. Lease must be submitted to the Association within 5 days of execution of the lease but in no event later than the occupancy of the Tenant.

SCREENING & DEPOSIT POLICY
